Ezanza Massage is a service-oriented massage clinic where quality and customer satisfaction are paramount. Whether you are looking for a job as a therapist or hostess, you must love to serve in the form of smiles, presence and respect.

Our core product is massage - mostly physiurgical, but wellness, sports massage and pregnancy massage are also important treatments to us.

As a therapist you must be mentally and physically able to provide a professional treatment with the right pressure on the right points / areas of your specific client's problem areas.

We work in teams of 4-5 people at a time, and it is important that you are happy to always be surrounded by other people at your work. A good tone, freedom under responsibility and commitment are key words with us.
You should also be happy to work in an international environment with both Danish and English speaking colleagues and clients.

Ezanza has a fixed concept that has worked since 2006, when I started the clinic. Every therapist has his or her own way and techniques to help his or her clients recover. You must make the best possible massage / physiotherapy that you can and at the same time respect the clinic's approach to serving the clients.

  1. You write and send a motivated application to Mette Stendell Jensen (owner) via email job@ezanza.dk and attach your CV and a photo.
  2. Upon receipt, you will receive a confirmation by email. Your application is treated confidentially. If you do not proceed to the next step during the entire recruitment process, you will receive a written rejection by email. You must be patient as it may take some time before you possibly. get rejected or move on.
  3. If you go further, you will be summoned for an interview. Here we will talk about you and Ezanza, working conditions, wages and working hours, etc.
  4. If the meeting turns out satisfactorily for both of us, you will be sent a personality test that you must take. The result will give me an indication of if you will be happy to work with us in the long run, how I as your manager can motivate you etc.
  5. We take a meeting (online or in person) to talk about your test results. I am certified in a recognized personality test and everything we talk about is confidential. All data about you - written and verbal - will be deleted if you are not hired.
