Payment

We receive Mobilepay, Dankort, MasterCard, VISA and VISA Electron, American Express, JCB. If you are paying in Danish cash please bring exact money. 

You can pay prior to a treatment via MobilePay to 92802.

If you change you treatment 24 hours prior, or you are unable to show for you treatment or you have cancelled in due time (24 hours before), all you have to do is send us an email, and then the amount will be refunded to your Danish bank account. Read more in the column to the right.

You can buy gift vouchers, gift packages and discount cards online with Dankort, MasterCard, VISA and VISA Electron, American Express and Mobilepay via gift shop. Read more about purchasing online gift cards here. In case of doubt (no receipt or gift card), payment must be made on site.

If you have received a gift certificate, you order the same as everyone else and bring the gift certificate as payment.

You can buy gift certificates using Dankort, MasterCard, VISA and VISA Electron and American Express both at our clinic at Nørregade and in our webshop.

In the case of company agreements, payment is made at the clinic, and in case of agreements at the workplace, payment is settled on a monthly basis.
