Deep tissue massage is primarily a treatment for sore and stressed muscles that need to be worked on and loosened. All treatments are arranged individually between you and your therapist depending on your needs. Before your massage you can always ask for focus elsewhere or more in a particular areas where you are particularly tense and sore, than described below.
The following describes the most typical focus areas for physiological massage within the given time.
When booking a Couples Massage or massage for 2 people, you will receive your treatments in the same room at the same time and each with your own Ezanza Therapist (unless you request otherwise).
When you receive a massage, you will lie on one of our clinic’s comfortable massage tables. Here, one of our skilled therapists will work through your muscles, identify problem areas in your body, and help relieve issues in your musculoskeletal system. This is done by combining different techniques and pressures at a varying pace.
The treatment activates the body's own immune system, and most people also experience an improvement in their mental well-being. Many notice an effect even after the first session, but for long-term benefits, we recommend receiving deep tissue massage regularly.
All treatments are individually tailored between you and your therapist, depending on your unique needs. This allows you to receive extra attention on a specific area where you feel particularly tense or sore.
All treatments include time before and after the session to get on and off the table, as well as time for changing.
Deep tissue massage is an intensive treatment that uses manual massage techniques to work deep into the body's tissues, achieving maximum effect. Deep tissue massage is also referred to as physiurgic massage.
The term deep tissue means that the massage is based on the body's anatomical structure, including muscles, bones, tendons, and ligaments. It is the most common form of massage.
Deep tissue massage is particularly suited for individuals with sore and stressed muscles who need thorough treatment to relieve tension and promote relaxation.
With deep tissue massage, blood circulation in the muscles increases, the body's production of endorphins is boosted, and the intensive massage enhances the muscle tissue's ability to release waste products.
Additionally, deep tissue massage has a positive effect on the body's nervous system, promoting relaxation and overall well-being.

After the foot bath, the treatment continues with approximately 15 minutes of foot massage, followed by around 50 minutes of thorough deep tissue massage on the back of the body—including legs, glutes (sciatic area), back, lower back, neck, and shoulders.
We recommend arriving in good time so you can calmly choose which aromatherapy oils will be used in your aroma lamp during the treatment.
