Everyone who has an appointment with us is registered in our booking system. You can cancel or reschedule your massage free of charge and ONLINE up to 6 hours before your appointment starts.
If you cancel less than 6 hours before your massage starts, you will need to pay 50% of the price before you can book a new appointment with us.
If you simply do not show up for your massage, you will need to pay 100% of your massage before we accept a new booking from you.
If you have a gift card or a clip card with us, the corresponding amount will be deducted.
Cancellations via email are not accepted, as we only check emails 1-2 times a day. You can call our reception every day from 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
If you want to cancel your treatment outside our opening hours, you must do so online.
