Cancellation must be made 24 hours before otherwise a fee of 50% will be charged.
Cancellation later than 2 hours before treatment is considered to be no-show.
In case of no-show, the full amount is to be paid.
Cancellations for the same day can only be made by Phone. Please call us at +45 30 50 80 80. Our phones are open weekdays 10 AM – 4 PM and weekends 11 AM – 2 PM.
