Good to know

Treatment Duration

The treatment time includes both changing and record-keeping. To allow you time to get up from the treatment table at a relaxed pace and change, as well as to give your therapist time to complete the necessary documentation in accordance with current tax regulations, all our massages always end 5 minutes early.

Once your session has ended, your therapist spends an additional 5 minutes ensuring hygiene in the room by cleaning the treatment table and headrest, as well as changing linens and other necessary preparations—this time is not deducted from your treatment time.

If you arrive late for your appointment, the lost time will be deducted from your session unless we are able to extend it at the other end. Please always call if you are running late—we genuinely want to do our best to accommodate your situation and ensure you have the best possible experience with us.

If your treatment is delayed due to us, you will, of course, receive the full time you booked.

VAT-Exempt Treatments

At Ezanza Massage, some treatments may be exempt from VAT, as we work to promote public health. We have expertise in various therapeutic methods that help relieve discomfort, injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions while preventing deterioration and recurrence.

However, we also offer wellness treatments designed for pure relaxation and stress relief. According to SKAT’s regulations, these treatments are subject to VAT.

Respectful Boundaries and Safe Treatments

At Ezanza Massage, we are committed to providing treatments in a professional and respectful environment with clear boundaries — for the wellbeing of both clients and therapists.

We do not offer massage of intimate areas, including:

  • Inner thighs close to the groin

  • The groin area itself

  • Abdomen and gluteal area without prior agreement and proper draping

We are happy to treat chest muscles near the collarbone (clavicle) and gluteal muscles, as long as the area remains covered and you feel comfortable with it.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for boundary-crossing behavior or requests to massage intimate areas. Our therapists always have the right to end a session if their professional boundaries are not respected.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and respectful space 🌿
